Tellez, is Senior Vice President, Professional Liability Leader at Victor O. Schinnerer & Company. She is responsible for the management of Schinnerer’s highly-respected professional liability underwriting team which includes the Architects & Engineers and Real Estate flagship programs. Capitalizing on Jill’s expertise in cyber liability, Schinnerer has recently launched the market leading Cyber Protection Package. As a producer and placement resource at Aon, Jill’s reputation and subject matter expertise in Cyber and IT Network Security Risk Management earned her the opportunity to serve on The White House Task Force under President George W. Bush on The National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace (February, 2003). With Jill’s technical knowledge, she led the development and launch of CNA NetProtect, a market leading first and third party cyber insurance solution.
Whether building insurance programs for the circuit board and electronic assembly industry, or speaking at a RIMS or PLUS events, Jill gravitates toward emerging risks and brings a great deal of energy and creativity to providing innovative industry solutions. Most recently, Jill earned her MA from Gonzaga University in Organizational Leadership. One of the highlights of her graduate studies was the opportunity to study abroad and be transformed through the “Renaissance Leadership for the 21st Century” course in Florence, Italy and the opportunity to live in Londonderry, Northern Ireland facilitating leadership workshops.
