Jack D. Oden is a Principal Program Manager and Cybersecurity Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Federal Defense & Security Division. Jack provides consulting services to US government and commercial customers on cybersecurity in the area of industrial control systems (ICS) for mission-critical infrastructure. Jack advises customers on the application of and compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, such as National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publications 800-53 and 800-82, and related documents. He leads a team of SMEs, who add their expertise in the areas of Windows, Linux, and networking to advise in the specific area of cybersecurity for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), energy management control, and other building management systems. These systems support multiple sites around the world, from single buildings to multi-building campuses, which total more than 500 million square feet of facilities.

He holds an MBA in management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University. He retired from the US Army as Lieutenant Colonel.
